Sales & Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales & logistic Coordinator with experience in Sales and operation planning, shipping, and customer service.

As our Sales & logistic Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic S&OP team and play an important role in our everyday communication with customers and sales managers worldwide in the audio industry. You will work closely with our S&OP coordinator and the S&OP manager. It also must be expected to coordinate the holidays with the S&OP coordinator. You will refer to the Head of Department, Sourcing, and S&OP.

We are looking for a Sales & logistic Coordinator with experience in Sales and operation planning, shipping, and customer service.

As our Sales & logistic Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic S&OP team and play an important role in our everyday communication with customers and sales managers worldwide in the sound industry. You will work closely with our S&OP coordinator and the S&OP manager. It also must be expected to coordinate the holidays with the S&OP coordinator. You will refer to the Head of Department, Sourcing, and S&OP.

You will have a broad interface with both customers and other partners, incl. daily operations with our warehouse facilities in Bangkok, as well as responsible for daily communication about deliveries, open orders, etc., with customers in Europe US. And Asia.

It will be your responsibility to maintain and update our shipping agreements. You will support larger shipments to/from all our partners, both in terms of RFQ process approval for cost and booking. For smaller shipments, you will be there to support both internally and externally where needed.

Travelling must be expected 1-2 times a year.

 The Role

  • Responsible for Sales coordination and the customer-directed part of the S&OP process
  • Confirming orders from customers
  • In-voicing and follow-up on payments
  • Responding to customer requests and finding answers in the organization
  • Coordinate all larger shipments
  • Responsible for shipping and freight
  • Support internal/external on all smaller shipments where needed
  • Coordinate RMA shipments
  • Take part in the forecast in the S&OP process
  • Daily interaction with our Sales Managers
  • Close cooperation with team members
  • Task overlap with the S&OP Coordinator when needed
  • Create and maintain customer data and pricing in the ERP system
  • Ad-Hoc

 Qualifications

  • relevant education
  • 5-year experience in a similar job role
  • Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Confident in the interaction with the Customer is required
  • Broad knowledge in logistics and shipping is required
  • Experience with shipping terms is an advantage
  • Proficient in ERP systems (we use NAV 2016) and Excel sheets
  • Fluency in verbal and written English language is required
