We are looking for a student to support and grow our customer base globally. In this role you will get an opportunity to work with some of the most highly regarded companies in the exciting audio industry. You will join a team of 100+ highly skilled colleagues in a high performance, fast growing tech company. We have a high professional level, but the work environment is quite informal. Our organizational structure is flat and we welcome new perspectives to our approaches.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting existing accounts as well as new accounts. Further, you will gather market information and work on market intelligence to gain knowledge and input from the market. You will also participate in optimizing and implementing new processes in the sales department and carry out ad hoc assignments in relation to strategic projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Initiating contact to customers and setting up sales meetings
• Answering customers and providing them technical documentation (you are getting the required assistance)
• Optimizing and implementing new processes in the sales
• Ad hoc assignments in relation to strategic projects, market intelligence
• Create PowerPoints for customer meetings

Qualifications

• Ambitious, responsible and eager to learn
• Are a strong communicator orally and written both in Danish and English
• Independent self-driven problem-solving attitude
• Outgoing You are able to comfortably and naturally contact and initiate dialog with new customers and you are good at building relationships.
• Execution focused – You get things fully done and accomplish your goals
• You are a quick learner – wanting to know everything
• Good on making decisions, based on an understanding of technology, market and accounts
• You enjoy working in Excel and preferably have programming knowledge (Python)

Your educational background is not what matters the most to us. You don’t need to be an expert in audio, acoustics or electronics, but it is important that you are tech savvy, curious by nature and willing to learn about audio and electronics. We will provide training in both ICEpower products and technology as well as in our sales process.
