ICEpower Warranty Cases
For RMA (Return Module Authorization) requests, please follow the RMA guidelines and contact ICEpower Quality Department for a RMA case number. The RMA form must be filled out with a RMA case number to submit a warranty case.
Warranty return procedure
- Returns are only accepted if they carry a Return Module Authorization (RMA) number. A unique RMA number will identify the specific case during the analysis at ICEpower. To obtain an RMA number, please use this form. The RMA number will be issued within 2 business days and is only valid for 30 (thirty) days. After 30 days, a new RMA number must be obtained before returning the products.
- Fill out the ICEpower RMA form. Send the RMA form back to ICEpower and include the printed form together with the products. For all email correspondence with ICEpower concerning your RMA case, please use the RMA number in the email subject.
- Follow the packaging guidelines discussed in the RMA Guidelines and return the products to:

Please mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
RMA request form help
Please fill out your RMA number, date and your address (required fields, marked in red). Please fill in the module type, failure description, serial number and comments (fields marked in blue). If the provided failure code does not apply to your case, please use the Comments field. The module type can be selected in the drop-down menu or can be filled in manually. Please include no more than 20 modules per sheet. If you would like to return more than 20 modules, please use multiple pages and adjust the page numbers. Fill in the total amount of modules in this RMA case. The “Submit by Email” button offers you to send the filled-out form directly to ICEpower. Please state your RMA number in the email subject. The “Print Form” and “Submit by Email” buttons will not appear on your printed version.
